The Japanese version of the 1st album by Tiana Khasi, an up-and-coming jazz/soul singer based in Australia who has collaborated with famous artists such as Masego, Mndsgn, and 30/70, is now available.

Tiana Khasi, an artist from Brisbane, Australia, has received tremendous support from The Kite String Tangle, Golden Vessel, and Sampology, who belongs to the same label, and has had her songs played over 3 million times. Her 1st album "Meghalaya" has been released. will be released from SWEET SOUL RECORDS. Their debut single "Nuketown" received praise from various media such as Complex UK, BBC 1Xtra, and Worldwide FM, as well as overwhelming support from Gilles Peterson, who was producing the compilation album "Brownswood Bubblers Thirteen" at the time. You can see how this work, Tiana Khasi's first album, is attracting worldwide attention. In an interview at the time of the album's release, Tiana Khasi described this album as ``a topographical and introspective work that attempts to show where I belong as an Australian and a woman with roots in the mountainous regions of northern India.'' Produced by Sampology, it is based on a sound image of jazz and neo-soul that is close to people's emotions, while at the same time scattering sounds reminiscent of the mysterious hills of India and the sophisticated coast of Samoa.
