Ryo Nakamura is one of the top young musicians in Tokyo. Composer and drummer. During high school, he played guitar and vocals. He has worked on numerous productions and arrangements, and is the one that SWEET SOUL RECORDS pays the most attention to and places their trust in. Studied drums with Kenwood Dennard, Larry Finn, John Hazilla, Chris Dave and others. Born in Okinawa, after graduating from Berklee College of Music, he lived all over the world including Boston, Shanghai, Los Angeles, and New York, where he performed with many famous artists. The main co-stars include guitarist David Fiucyzinski, soulive, Sam Kininger, Hiromi Uehara, Prasana, Eric Wainaina, Afrobeat band KOKOLO, Sakura, Harume Tsuyuzaki, Mika Arisaka, Kaori Kobayashi, Daichi Miura, and Hanaregumi. Formed a personal project, band ``element of the moment'' with saxophonist Tadashi Kohamoto. Akira Nakamura Trick Stewart Band, Yamabuki, Ika le ponch, and other bands, as well as supporting other artists as a drummer, he also composes, produces, and arranges music.
