A noteworthy duo formed by two artists from the world's two major music cities, LA and London, combining alternative pop and electro-soul to create a hybrid sound.
FARR is a duo consisting of vocalist Roméo, based in LA, and producer/multi-instrumentalist Linden Jay, based in London. They met by chance at a studio session in 2016 and have been working on this project, overcoming the distance challenge with technology. Since 2017, they have released seven digital singles. Their music has been picked up by big playlists like "Alternative R&B" and "Spotify And Chill," with "Blades" nearing 2.7 million plays, garnering attention from music fans in the US and UK. Their rhythmic vocal work, a blend of rap and melody with a husky, memorable voice reminiscent of D'Angelo and Anderson .Paak, combined with tracks that merge the texture of electro-beats with nostalgic elements like horns and thick choruses, covers the spectrum from modern pop to R&B. It's no wonder their talent is gaining global recognition. The Japan-exclusive CD version, which includes bonus tracks, will be released on January 29th, making it the world's earliest release.
