Renowned Keyboardist BIGYUKI Continues to Shine on the Global Stage
Solo Performance Scheduled for September 7 at "Yoyogi-Uehara Enichi" at OPRCT

BIGYUKI

Starting piano at the age of 6, BIGYUKI (Big Yuki) has been active as a session player since his time at Berklee College of Music. He has participated in chart-topping albums by A Tribe Called Quest and J. Cole, and has collaborated with key figures in the jazz scene such as Robert Glasper and Kamasi Washington, earning widespread acclaim. While achieving numerous successes as a sideman, BIGYUKI has also made a name for himself as a solo artist with his band based in NY. He has performed at numerous festivals in Japan and abroad, including a notable appearance at the Red Marquee stage at Fuji Rock in 2019. In 2021, he released the album "Neon Chapter" through Universal Music. In 2023, he completed a successful national tour in Japan, performing 8 shows across 5 locations.

BIGYUKI will be performing a solo show at the "Yoyogi-Uehara Enichi" event held at the new landmark OPRCT in Yoyogi-Uehara on the same day.

The "Yoyogi-Uehara Enichi," which has evolved by adding Music Live to its previous offerings of people, things, and events, promises an experimental special live performance by BIGYUKI.

Expect a unique solo expression that reveals the intricate world hidden within BIGYUKI's heavy productions, alongside visually-focused artistic elements.
